The main emphasis is vigorous
cardio training and intense
punching and kicking techniques
on free standing adjustable bags
and pads, all set to lively music.
Strength and Core

Using weights, bands, weighted
balls,stability balls and tubes, we work
the back, chest, shoulders, arms, legs,
abs and core muscle groups to enhance
strength and endurance and provide firm
muscle toning.
