Cardio-Kickboxing

The main emphasis is vigorous cardio training and intense punching and kicking
techniques on free standing adjustable bags and pads, all set to lively music.
Body Blast!

Our Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday morning fitness classes have a new
name-- "Body Blast " and a new composition. All the same intensity, cardio,
abs, endurance building and weight challenges will be fused into one class and
offered three times a week. This new class will be one amazing workout! Come
and give "Body Blast " a try--you won't be disappointed!

Personal Training

Pam will help you define your fitness goals and develop a plan for you to achieve
them.  Your plan will fit your lifestyle and use various resources available to you
including your own home equipment and any other gyms you like to attend.
Congratulations to all the Weight Loss Challenge Competitors and
the 1st Place winner Sam Rae and 2nd Place Winner Sue Gustillo!
Zumba

Introducing Tracey Kozak, the instructor for the Zumba classes, starting in
January.  With a Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois, Group
Class Certification, Personal Trainer Certification, CPR and First aid
Certification as well as
Zumba Instructor certification; we are extremely
excited to have her join us at Impact Fitness and Wituk Martial Arts.
As Tracey puts it, "
Zumba is  a class where I can let loose, leave any
stresses at the door and enjoy the music.  It's a great workout, since I sweat
a ton and my heart rate remains in my zone from the time I get warmed up
to the time I cool down.  You're working out and having a blast at the same
time."
